2nd Course (Soup) Classic Clam Chowder
3rd Course (Appetizer) Oven Baked Cheese Lobster Halve & Tomato Cajun Chicken on Toast
4th Course (Main) Prime Beef, Cod Fillet, Atlantic Scallop, Lamb Rack, Chicken Chipolata

Summary
Everything from the set dinner is delicious except one particular dish which is the lamb rack.
The outer layer skin of the lamb is overdone. I can taste the burning smell of the lamb.
The best dish i can say is the Lobster and the Prime Beef. The lobster is fresh as you can feel the natural salty in a seafood. As for the beef, it just feel good in your mouth and it is easy to chew without any resistance. The Texan brown sauce just mix well with the beef.
